HP launches recycling programme for Amplify partners

The company has launched HP Supplies Impact, an ink and toner cartridge recycling programme for HP Amplify Impact partners.

Initially aimed at its Amplify Impact partners across Australia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore, HP has introduced a cartridge recycling programme under the name HP Supplies Impact Program.

ARN reported that HP is “providing biodegradable green recycling bags” to its partners who will be distributing them to their customers. The cartridges are then collected in the bags, and partners will collect them to feed them into the HP Planet Partners programme which recycles the cartridges.

It is planned to expand the new programme into New Zealand and Thailand later this year.
