Canon has launched a new online Customer Support service for its users in Canada.

The ‘Unlimited’ customer support will handle a range of issues that users may have, reports menafn.com, and claims that “whenever you experience any of the following critical Canon printer issues, our instant online support in Canada will help you handle it.”

The printer issues cited include: Error troubleshooting; repair and re-installation support; setup and configuration issues; wireless network and connection problems; system compatibility issues; paper jams and slow printing; tune-up and optimisation issues; spooler problems; and driver installation errors.

The OEM states that its team of industry professionals will tackle these problems “with utmost efficiency.” It also promises that the 24/7 “reliable and technical” support via its qualified team will provide a “guarantee satisfying result.”

“No matter at what inflexible time you call us,” Canon declares, “we are ready to help you.”
