Visual Edge appoints new VP

Michael Mills has joined Visual Edge Technology as the company’s new Vice President of Administration.
As IndustryAnalysts reveals, Mills will be bringing 35 years of industry experience to his new role, in administrative, financial and operational leadership. As VP of Administration at Visual Edge, his responsibilities will include strategic planning, process management, systems analysis and implementation, real estate management, project management, compliance management, Human Resources, database management, and corporate marketing strategy.
He will be reporting to CEO and Chairman of the Board, Austin Vanchieri, and, in addition, will provide input to Senior Vice President Michael Brigner when it comes to the identification and development of acquisition targets.
Michael’s previous roles have included executive leadership positions at Nevill (Kyocera), Imagine Technology Group and Danka, and most recently he served as CFO of Flexprint, LLC.
