We don’t set out to cover HP in our podcasts, it is just our luck, or their misfortune that they are in the news a lot at the moment. We get inside the launch of a new “Printergate” legal action against HP and their new climate action goals. Is it serious, or just greenwashing? We take a look at brands in the market and the upcoming changes to EU VAT. The Recycler’s podcast is hosted by David Connett with resident guest Peter Mayhew.
Printergate – The Brussels-based Euroconsumers is seeking €150 ($180) compensation from HP as damages for consumers based in Italy, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Brazil for the failed compatibility of its printers with third-party cartridges. Resident guest Peter Mayhew shares his personal experience of this issue as we explore the detail behind the action.
Hosted by The Recycler’s former Editor David Connett, he is joined by resident guest Lightwords Director Peter Mayhew, and our thanks go to our podcast sponsor Static Control Components.
