The latest speaker for The Recycler Live: Budapest has been announced, with Lexmark’s Peter Csucska’s attendance confirmed this morning.
The annual conference will this year take place at the Corinthia Hotel in Budapest, Hungary, and will feature a wealth of industry experts and insiders coming together to share their knowledge.
Following the confirmation last week of Delacamp CEO Volker Kappius, and Clover’s Commercial Director Robin Edwardes, the third speaker has now been revealed, with Peter Csucska of Lexmark set to speak to the gathered audience on the topic of Shared Service Centres.
Csucska currently leads more than 300 employees at Budapest’s Competence Centre, Lexmark’s multi-function high value-added Shared Service Centre which provides complex services and support in over ten languages across the EMEA region and worldwide.
He has also held various quality, engineering, and supply chain positions across the manufacturing sector, with companies such as Sanyo, GE, and Diebold-Nixdorf. Csucska has an Honour degree in Chemistry from Uzhhorod State University in Ukraine, and is fluent in four languages. He is also a graduate of GE Healthcare’s Operational Management Leadership Programme, and is an ISO 9001/14000 Lead Auditor.
His talk in Budapest, “Modern shared service centres and SSC trends – going beyond call centres and backoffice”, will enlighten the audience as to what a modern service centre looks like, and what added value it can provide. It will also examine trends in the SSC industry, and dispel the myth that a service centre is just another backoffice.
This year’s conference will once again be hosted by Lightwords Director Peter Mayhew, and is taking place in association with ETIRA, and with the generous support of our sponsors: Biuromax, Connett & Unland, Heinz Dempski, Lightworks, Messe Frankfurt, Speed Infotech, and wta Carsten Weser.
