OKI announces executive personnel changes

OKI announced that the Board of Directors made its recommendation for executive appointments and retirements at its meeting.

The recommendations will be submitted for approval at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2023.

Teiji Teramoto has been newly appointed to Director and effective 1 April will change its titles to Executive Vice President, responsible for Marketing & Sales and Global Business & Marketing.

Also announced was that Masashi Fuse was appointed to the Audit & Supervisory Board as Associate Director and Member of the Board. Retiring from this Board is Toshiya Hatakeyama.
