In this newly created role, Yost will focus on initiating and overseeing the implementation of strategies and processes that attract, engage and grow talent.
Marco said that Yost is passionate about building manager competency, training for talent acquisition, giving leaders a holistic view of talent, improving employee engagement and creating intentional development. She sees HR as a key partner in the function of Marco’s daily operations, to help drive goals with HR strategies.
Yost brings experience as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Yost is part of Marco’s executive team.
