Marco announced a partnership with Nest Health Connections

Marco’s CEO Doug Albregts has announced a new partnership with Nest Health Connections to provide wellness services and guidance for all Marco employees year-round.
Marco is collaborating with Nest Health Connections to make this happen. Nest Health Connections brings a level of wellness expertise that will benefit and support the well-being of Marco employees.
“Well-being to me is at the very root of happiness,” Albregts stated. He is firm in his belief that companies should be taking employee well-being more seriously, especially given the stresses and anxieties that the pandemic has caused. When offering wellness programmes, he concluded, “It’s got to be every day, it’s got to be every week, every month…for a very long time.” Albregts added, “I am committed as a CEO to make sure that we address…the employees’ well-being first.”
Nest Health Connections founder and CEO Kristin Markey said: “We are delighted to create Gold Standard Well-being for Marco. Taking small steps is where you will see progress, so we plan to offer a flexible, holistic programme which allows Marco employees to personalise their own wellness journey. The programme will include everything from hydration challenges, stress management, and brain health to nutrition, movement, mindset, fitness, and more.
“All of which will be available both live and recorded to fit everyone’s schedule. Our hope is to provide something for everyone and give as many resources as possible to support the Marco employees on their wellness journeys.”
