Italy did it, Spain did it and it looks like the rest of the EU states may well do it, but Costco have stopped doing it. Find out what in this latest podcast from The Recycler podcast, David Connett and Peter Mayhew, talk sanguinely about the imaging market.

Italy did it, as in they have mandated a minimum reuse in tenders. Spain did it, as in connected cartridge imports to WEEE registration to ensure they collect all the relevant taxes and duties. Maybe the rest of the EU states may well do it as well, but Costco have stopped doing it.
