Epson and MPS Monitor introduce a new solution

Specialist retail partners use the new solution from Epson and MPS Monitor Srl for more efficient fleet management and receive all the necessary functions in one package.
Using the Epson Open API (Application Interface), ERS (Epson Remote Services) has now been integrated into the solutions from MPS Monitor Srl. This simplifies the management of printer fleets and improves their efficiency.
ERS is a free cloud-based control and management system from Epson for managing printing infrastructure with Epson business inkjet printers. Thanks to the remote maintenance of printing and copying systems, many on-site service visits can be avoided while the availability of service technicians is increased. In addition, both costs and environmental impact are reduced.
MPS Monitor Srl integrated ERS into its own software solution for managing printers and multifunction devices, which enables the company to put together a package that improves the efficiency of fleet management by giving trading partners in the DACH region a “360 view” of printers from any location.
