Zygoquest Group, a firm which specialises in mergers and acquisitions, has revealed that it has served as advisor for Automated Office Systems regarding its acquisition of Complete Computing.
Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Automated Office Systems and its owners Tom and Jeff McGowan on the purchase of assets of Complete Computing, Inc., an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) located in Fresno California. Terms of the transaction are confidential.
T.C. McGowan, Inc., which is headquartered in Fresno California and conducts business as Automated Office Systems (AOS), was founded in 1977. AOS, owned and operated by Tom and Jeff McGowan, is an office technology firm which provides customers throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley with a single source of office technology and information management solutions, including document management, copiers, printers, mailing solutions, Managed Print Services (MPS) and IT Managed Services.
Complete Computing, Inc. was an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) located in Fresno California which was owned by Cindy Silva and provided clients throughout Fresno with a broad array of IT services and solutions.
