Sharp Business Systems was awarded Partner of the Year and Continuum U Master by Continuum, Sharp’s exclusive provider of a vertically integrated IT service delivery platform.
Sharp Business Systems was presented with the two awards at Continuum’s Navigate 2018 conference in Boston, 25-27 September 2018. The Continuum Partner of the Year Award recognises Continuum’s top partner overall by revenue and The Continuum U Master Award recognises the partner with the highest adoption of Continuum’s educational certification program.
“Four years ago, Sharp introduced managed IT services to our customers across the United States,” said Newt Higman, National Director, Managed IT Services for Sharp Business Systems. “Today, our world class portfolio is the fastest growing component of our business, delivering enormous value to the clients served. Continuum plays an important role in our strategy, by integrating perfectly into our IT services portfolio. We greatly appreciate the recognition of our achievements and look forward to many more years of success with Continuum.”
Sharp has been working with Continuum and its suite of managed network services since 2014. The relationship allows Sharp to provide network monitoring and management, help desk support, mobile device management and backup/disaster recovery. This allows businesses to operate with a proactive approach to avoid potential IT issues.
“Continuum is proud to recognize the achievements of Sharp Business Systems as our ‘Partner of the Year’ at our annual Navigate Conference,” said Robert Kocis, Chief Revenue officer at Continuum. “The award recognises outstanding performance in the Managed Services category. This is a clear reflection of Sharp’s commitment to excellence, and we thank them for their long term partnership.”
The 2018 Navigate conference brought together several key players in managed IT services. Sharp has been recognised at Navigate for the past three years. In 2016, Sharp was awarded the Revenue Rock Star Award, which is presented to the partner with revenue that grew at the highest rate in the previous 12 months. In 2017, Sharp received its first Continuum Partner of the Year award.
