Industry veteran Greg Greenwell has become the new Chief Executive of Nevada imaging supplies and accessories distributor OTS.
Greenwell will succeed predecessor and founder Bob Willmes as of the 1st of November. He brings over 20 years of industry experience, having most recently built and sold a successful MPS dealer business, TotalPrint, to Dex Imaging, a leading MPS dealer.
Greenwell continued with Dex Imaging for the past 3 years, leading their acquisition strategy and successfully acquired and integrated over a dozen companies for Dex Imaging. Greenwell’s extensive leadership and experience within this industry are described by the company as “well suited” for OTS’s “aggressive” growth plans over the next few years.
“As part of OTS’s succession plan, I’ve made the decision, along with Blackford Capital and the Board, to step away as the company’s CEO,” said the outgoing Willmes. “During and following this planned transition, I will continue to be involved in the business and continue to serve on the Board, and I look forward to helping the company achieve its goals in the coming years on a more strategic basis.”
In partnership with Blackford, Greenwell will continue to grow OTS’s product offering and capabilities to best serve its growing customer base. Greenwell will add value to the organisation by assisting in the execution of the company’s acquisition strategy and the development of its sales infrastructure.

Founded in 2009, Reno-based OTS is the largest importer of toner products in the United States. OTS offers a “comprehensive portfolio” of over 3,000 products and provides “industry-leading fulfilment times through strategically located distribution centres” across the United States. OTS currently has 100 employees and operates in five facilities.
