Kyocera adds two new colour A4 MFPs

Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. announced the launch of the TASKalfa 508ci and TASKalfa 408ci Colour A4 MFPs.
The TASKalfa 508ci and TASKalfa 408ci print up to 8.5” x 14” and are designed to bring ease-of-use with a 7” colour touchscreen (TSI) tablet-like interface. With mobile printing and scanning capabilities through KYOCERA Mobile Print, as well as the flexibility of using KYOCERA HyPAS Business Applications for most demanding workflows, these devices will make an excellent choice for any office environment.
The TASKalfa 508ci offers print speeds up to 52 pages per minute and high volume scan speeds in both black & white and colour. With true 1200 x 1200 dpi print resolution at reduced speed, and optional paper trays to hold up to 3,100 sheets, and a professional finisher that supports stapling and hole-punching. The TASKalfa 508ci is available with an optional, up to 270-sheet Dual Scan Document Processor (DSDP).
The two new models come with standard Wireless, Wi-Fi Direct, and NFC support. The TASKalfa 508ci is HyPAS-enabled and ready to support Business Applications that meet user’s workflow and enhanced information sharing needs. And, with mobile printing and scanning capabilities, users can directly print from, and scan to, their smart device. Printing and scanning can also be done with a simple touch of a smart device to the display panel, to automatically connect to the MFP, and begin printing or scanning.
The TASKalfa 408ci offers quality colour output, print speeds up to 42 ppm, and exceptional durability, with long-life parts and consumables. The TASKalfa 408ci offers an optional 270-sheet Dual Scan Document Processor (DSDP) and can be equipped with additional paper trays holding up to 3,100 sheets and finishing that supports hole punch & stapling. It also comes with the capability to run KYOCERA Business Applications.
These devices support KYOCERA Fleet Services (KFS), a cloud-based monitoring service that allows authorised dealers to remotely handle many maintenance tasks for their customers, without time-consuming on-site visits.
All devices are also KYOCERA Net Manager (KNM) and MyQ ready.
The TASKalfa 508ci and TASKalfa 408ci Colour A4 MFPs are available through authorised Kyocera dealers and resellers.
