ITsavvy sells assets of MPS group to Imagetec

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to ITsavvy, and its owners, on the asset sale of its Managed Print Services group to Imagetec, L.P.
ITsavvy, a complete technology solution provider in the U.S., is headquartered in Addison, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. ITsavvy is a $350 million (€321 million) integrated information technology solutions provider, which offers technology solutions, cloud solutions and managed services throughout the U.S., from eleven different operating locations in eight states.
Founded in 2004 by Mike Theriault and Chris Kurpeikis, ITsavvy is consistently ranked by many respected IT industry organisations as one of the best technology solutions providers in the United States.
Imagetec is one of the largest independent office equipment and services dealers conducting business throughout the greater Chicago market. Imagetec is headquartered in McHenry, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, was founded in 1992, and is owned and operated by Rich Cucco. Imagetec, with over 100 employees, is a full-line Konica-Minolta and HP dealer that also provides customers with information technology services from four operating locations.
