Griddable.io SaaS available with VMware Cloud

The Software-as-a-Service platform is now available to customers of VMware Cloud on AWS.
Griddable.io has announced that its SaaS platform for hybrid cloud data portability is available to customers of VMware Cloud on AWS. The announcement means that customers will now be able to enjoy the Oracle and mySQL database migration that Griddable.io provides, as well as the re-factoring for cloud-first architectures, and data synchronisation with cloud innovation projects.
Features of Griddable.io’s smart-grid platform include a cloud-first grid architecture, capable of supporting any topology and heterogenous database, and which the company claims “installs easily on existing change capture logs.” It also boasts intelligent in-line grid services, “that connect end-points and selectively filter, mask, or transform data while guaranteeing transaction consistency,” and flexible grid policies that are said to be “easy to setup and change, using a declarative policy language,” which removes the need for complex custom coding or specialised expertise.
