Fujifilm launches new A3 models

November 11, 2021

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. announced the Apeos 5570/4570 A3 digital monochrome multifunction printers and four entry level A3 monochrome multifunction printers, the Apeos 2150/2350 series.

The Apeos 5570/4570 A3 digital monochrome multifunction printers are built to provide users with optimal secure network connection and prevention of any data leakage from the devices. With the U.S. security standard NIST SP 800-171 compliance, an adoption of a new protocol WPA3 for stronger security of wireless LANs, and an enhanced programme diagnostics during device startup, users are further assured with the installation of a security chip, TPM (Trusted Platform Module) 2.0, that complies with the latest encryption standards developed by the Trusted Computing Group (TCG), an international standards organisation.

Through a Microsoft partnership, users with Windows Enterprise edition or Office365 subscription can now experience true ubiquitous print environment on Apeos 5570/4570 using Microsoft Universal Print (MUP). In addition, data transmission uses highly secured HTTPS protocol and documents stored on the devices are exclusive to private user logins.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation added that all new models conform to the Energy Star certification.

The new Apeos 2150/2350 series is the fourth-generation device that has been designed and developed to address the needs of users in the Asia-Pacific. With the One-Pass Duplex Scan, double-sided documents can now be scanned by a single-pass thus improving energy efficiency and overall productivity. In addition, the newly added Auto Printout Rotation function helps to save time and effort by enabling easy collation of multiple print sets, as compared to time consuming manual sorting.

New features such as automatic straightening of skewed ID card copy and scan, and paper output customisation which allows paper size to be adjusted as per different processes helps to increase workflow efficiency.

The dedicated mobile application Print Utility, along with pre-installed NFC and Wi-Fi Direct enhance overall user experience by allowing user to print directly from their mobile phones to the device, at anytime and anywhere.

Selected models of Apeos 2350 NDA will be equipped with the Mobile User Interface (UI) function whereby user can access administrative operations such as network settings, device status checking, user registration, failure diagnosis directly from their mobile phones at any time.
