The UK remanufacturer is targeting further national growth and expansion via the appointment of Donna Reid, the company’s new UK Sales Manager.
With Donna’s appointment, ECS said it aims to level-up their operations within the UK market while continuing to deliver their award-winning products and services across the country.
Regarding Donna’s appointment, the UK remanufacturer’s Director of Sales, Chris Fink, said: “We’re delighted to integrate Donna into our established sales team, who is a welcome addition and will bring with her a wealth of experience and knowledge from her own background and previous roles. Donna’s focus will be predominantly on the UK market, aiding us in maintaining our already successful relationships with our Partners, as well as creating new business relationships.
“We fully expect Donna to hit the ground running, guaranteeing high-quality delivery across the companies breadth of capabilities, ensuring our Partners – both new and old, receive the high quality products and service that we’re renowned for. With her vast experience in the copier industry I have no doubt that she’ll be the perfect fit.”
ECS’s newest addition to their team comes equipped with considerable experience, having operated in various roles throughout her 28 years in the industry for various large corporate companies including Danwood and Midshire. With experience throughout various levels of the corporate ladder including roles as a Training Officer, Customer Support Manager and Support Operations Manager as well as exposure to working with and managing teams, logistics, warehousing, recycling, pre-sales and post-sales, combined with her knowledge of the dealer industry and remanufactured products, Donna is well placed to take on her new challenge at ECS.
Having recently started her new chapter at ECS, Donna added: “I’m looking forward to the fresh challenge that I face and hope to bring forward my extensive knowledge, expertise and experience in multiple areas from each of my previous roles. As our industry continues to evolve, the direction in which ECS is travelling in and the opportunities that are likely to come with that were too difficult to turn down.
