ECI earns recognised as a Great Place to Work

The software solutions provider has been recognised for the first time in Canada, U.K., Belgium and Australia named a Great Place to Work in U.S. for the fourth year in a row.
ECI Software Solutions has been Certified by Great Place to Work for the fourth year in a row in the U.S. and for the first time globally, earning a certification in Canada, U.K., Belgium and Australia. The award from the Great Place to Work organisation is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at ECI.
Over the past year, ECI has continued to grow its business in various ways and has put an emphasis on sharing that growth with employees directly by creating numerous new hire and internal growth opportunities. To continue to nurture a positive employee experience for all, ECI explained it has used its organisational core values, CODE (crave greatness, own the outcome, deliver awesome, embrace community), as a compass to navigate each day. As the company continues to grow, ECI’s culture and commitment to its values have never been stronger.
