Canon’s Therefore 2018 offers enhanced features

To help businesses better manage operation workflows, Canon U.S.A., Inc. is now offering Therefore 2018.
The release of this solution comes as a result of the consumerisation of IT, which Canon states is transforming the way workers collaborate and share information, with 68 percent of U.S. chief information officers and senior IT decision makers surveyed citing profitability and productivity as key benefits to utilising the cloud in business processes over the next two to five years.
With this release, the award-winning information management solution now includes a multi-language feature, allows for cloud collaboration with popular EFSS providers like Box and OneDrive, as well as a bi-directional Therefore Portal for customers where they can both upload and access information to folders that they have access to, based on their login credentials.
The solution’s direct integration with Canon’s award-winning document capture and distribution software, uniFLOW, allows for the automation of many common customer workflows, such as paperwork related to invoice processing, purchase-to-pay, HR onboarding, sales order processing, general business communications, and approval processes.
Additional benefits of Therefore 2018 include direct access to office documents from Therefore Navigator, the ability to edit documents in Therefore Web Access, the capability to integrate with compatible DocuSign software, new index data types, and the ability to stamp PDF documents automatically in workflow.
In addition, the recently released version of Therefore Online SMBv2 comes preconfigured with six horizontally focused folders with 21 categories with index values. This enterprise information management, automation, and business analytics solution minimises the complexity often associated with typical information management solutions.
Therefore 2018 is now available for purchase through Canon authorised dealer channels and Canon Solutions America. Prices are set by dealers and may vary.
