Apogee expands in France

Apogee Corporation will expand its European presence through a partnership with MCA, and the subsequent acquisition of AM Trust in France.

The independent subsidiary of HP Inc, Apogee Corporation Ltd, announced it will expand its European presence through a partnership with MCA. Apogee has invested in MCA to create a new company named, MCA-Apogee. The company said that this investment will further enable it to grow their existing European footprint extending the leadership established in the U.K. in Managed Services.

The first step on their venture together as newly formed, MCA-Apogee, has been the acquisition of AM Trust’s Print Management Solutions business. AM-Trust employees will transfer to the new MCA-Apogee company and they will continue to provide a managed service to the combined customer base.

MCA-Apogee will operate independently from the main Apogee Group, but will leverage assets and capabilities from the parent company.
