The OEM blames “two separate battery faults”, with “tens of thousands” of tests finding that “both original and replacement batteries were responsible”, with the “internal and independent” tests having “ruled out any problems with the device’s hardware or software”.
Canon’s new refillable inkjets tested

Canon launches new MFPs in Europe and South Africa
The OEM released three new ranges in both Europe and South Africa, including the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C255 and 355 series, the C3500 series, and the 4500 series – the last of these launched in the USA recently, with all three “designed to give the same user experience”.
