The revamped Partner Portal provides new resources for channel partners, in order to help them generate leads and sales.
The OEM announced that its new enhancements were “easy to use, and built for success – reinforcing Xerox’s commitment to deliver value-added benefits to its channel partner community.”
The resources allow partners to build their operations by promoting Xerox’s MPS and its ConnectKey-enabled workplace assistants. They can be found on the newly redesigned Xerox Partner Portal, which has now been optimised for mobile access, providing added functionality and “an improved online experience”; this means that Xerox partners can obtain marketing information, event planning templates, and intel on the OEM’s products, services, and support, in just a few clicks.
Resources available include: New customer touch points, including self-serve,multi-piece demand generation campaigns, HTML emails and newsletters, co-marketing brochures, videos, eBooks, infographics and proposals; social media syndication, whereby curated and drafted posts are provided for channel partners to share on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn; redesigned partner badges, which help drive brand awareness and highlight the relationship with Xerox; and new co-branding guidelines, allow partners to “creatively leverage the strength of the Xerox brand, while ensuring quality results and copyright and trademark requirements.”
“We believe in customer-facing engagements but limitations on time and resources can make it challenging to capture the full scope of Xerox’s services and technology portfolio,” explained Rick Lingon, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Virginia Business Systems. “The toolkit will help us deliver even stronger customer experiences to drive new and recurring sources of revenue.”
