West Point Products partners with PrintReleaf

The remanufacturer and MPS provider has teamed up with PrintReleaf to connect customers to reforestation projects linked to their personal forest consumption.
West Point Products, which is part of the Clover Imaging Group, has announced a partnership with PrintReleaf on a patent-pending technology which “automatically plants trees to offset paper consumption”. PrintReleaf created the PrintReleaf Exchange, which is a technology platform that “measures a customer’s forest consumption, and connects them directly to reforestation projects”.
The technology measures consumption and tracks reforestation partners “to ensure fulfilment”, and PrintReleaf “guarantees to certifiably releaf all forest products consumed by its customers”. West Point Products’ dealers and end-users using the Axess MPS programme “will gain access” to the platform, and their paper consumption “will automatically be measured and trees automatically releafed” on a monthly basis “to continually offset a customer’s environmental impact”.
The company uses only certified global reforestation projects, and also has a “robust social media marketing feature” that allows users to “send their sustainable impact statistics straight to their social media accounts”. Michael Greenberg, CFO of PrinReleaf, stated that the company is “extremely excited about West Point Products’ continued commitment to the environment and the world”, adding that the “strategic relationship provides West Point Products’ dealers and their customers the opportunity to reforest millions of trees throughout the world”.
