Building on its Axess Management Print Service programme, West Point Products explains that its new Axess Express service programme provides independent resellers with all-inclusive solutions to sell MPS; providing them with customised base pricing, programme infrastructure, contract fulfilment and customer service support.
The company adds that Axess Express includes the turnkey delivery of account review documentation, simple invoicing and proposal documents and pricing while eliminating the start-up costs usually faced when launching MPS programmes.
Commenting on the enhancement of the Axess Management Print Service programme, Ray Loisel, Senior Vice President of MPS for West Point Products, said: “We wanted to be able to empower our resellers to provide MPS solutions to their customers without the expense or risk that can be associated with the MPS business model. Axess Express is designed to be the most extensive and flexible solution for resellers needing this level of program support for MPS.
“At West Point Products, we are giving our resellers the opportunity to focus their organizations on customer relationships and sales, plus the ability to offer MPS outside their traditional service region, while we provide MPS contract execution on a private label basis.”
The Recycler reported in April that West Point Products was awarded a CompTIA Managed Print Trustmark for the delivery of its Axess MPS suite of products and services; with Loisel commenting that the award was a “powerful indicator to the dealer community that the programs we have put in place are truly at the forefront of the industry.”
