Memphis-based XMC, Inc has been acquired by Visual Edge Technology, which was assisted in the process by Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc.
Prosperity Plus revealed in a press release yesterday that it had advised Bob Hamilton, Sean Seward and Ben McCaghren in the acquisition of XMC, Inc by Visual Edge Technology.
XMC, which has its headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee, provides both the sales and service of Xerox multifunctional products, as well as managed print services, IT/MNS solutions, FP Mailing Solutions, and assorted office solution software.
Since 1992, the company has been serving customers across the central southeast of the United States, in both the managed service provider and office solutions industries. Its senior management team, including Bob Hamilton, will remain in their positions after the acquisition.
Visual Edge Technology, a conglomerate of imaging solutions companies, operates through a series of “established dealerships” spread across the United States and provides “a broad line of office solutions” including wide format solutions, managed print services, and document management software.
