The REMCON conference programme, which will be chaired again by Lightwords’ Peter Mayhew, is now live on our events website here. Each day will begin with a morning briefing where visitors can “take a few minutes to network and find out” what’s going on and what’s happened at the show, followed by a short introductory discussion by Mayhew before the programme begins. The programme is subject to change, so keep checking back on our events website for the latest.
Van Dijk’s talk – Europe – the ETIRA perspective – will be given on Saturday 28 January and Tuesday 31 January, at 2.40pm and 11.10am respectively, and will explore the association’s work challenging patent, trading and legislative issues, as well as update attendees on the collaborations and work that the association has been undertaking across the industry.
Van Dijk commented: “ETIRA is proud to again present at REMCON next year. I look forward to sharing insights on how ETIRA works for the industry. We address the long-term strategic topics that will create a reman-friendly regulatory environment, and we tell the public about the benefits of cartridge reuse.
“We also bring remanufacturers together, which helps them to find new business. If you are not a member yet, you should definitively attend because ETIRA members enjoy benefits that others have to do without.”
A wide range of industry companies are already confirmed for the event – taking place from 28 to 31 January 2017 in Frankfurt, Germany – as exhibitors, with strong interest shown in the event. Previous exhibitors have already received an email containing a personal link to registration as well, and you can register for the event here.
In May, The Recycler reported the entire Paperworld event has seen a record number of exhibitor registrations, and The Recycler reported that over 100 exhibitors have been confirmed for the Remanexpo product group. This year’s event saw over 1,608 exhibitors and 36,773 visitors from over 139 countries. Visitors can now apply for vouchers to get their free visitor tickets, and you can do this by clicking here. Business matchmaking was confirmed for the whole Paperworld event, and is now live – you can find out more about it here.
The Recycler reported on the event in Frankfurt here, here, here and here; and a full report from this year’s Remanexpo can be found in issue 280 of The Recycler.
