US aftermarket company issued three seizure orders

Washington state-based Printer Cartridge Recycle has been issued seizure-and-forfeiture orders in relation to HP, Canon and Epson GEOs.
The HP GEO, awarded in 2011, involves the same two patents that the OEM contended with Ninestar and Apex over, before settling in May of this year, with the seizure order referring to “inkjet ink supplies and components thereof”.
The second seizure order is for “toner cartridges and components thereof” relating to a Canon GEO awarded in 2013, while the other order is for “ink cartridges and components thereof” covered by an Epson GEO granted in 2007 and covering the following patents: 5,615,957; 5,622,439; 5,158,377; 5,221,148; 5,488,401; 6,502,917; 6,550,902; 6,955,422; 7,008,053; and 7,011,397.
