The company has produced toner and components for remanufacturing HP, Kyocera and Epson cartridges.

The first product launched is X Generation black toner and components for use in HP’s LaserJet Pro MFP M225 monochrome machine, which Uninet states is a “newly released” monochrome MFP with print speeds of up to 26ppm. The printer also features wireless connectivity and duplexing, and is based on the “widely popular” HP P1606 print engine, with the cartridge used “considered easy to remanufacture”.

Uninet noted that this makes the cartridge “very profitable”, with only the toner and smartchips needing to be replaced. The original cartridges are available in standard and high yield, with the former rated at 1,500 pages (CF283A) and the latter at 2,200 pages (CF283X). The company also offers a “complete remanufacturing solution” for the cartridge.

The second product launched is Absolute Colour toner and components for use in Kyocera’s FS C5150 (TK 580, 582 and 584) colour laser printer. The C5150 is a colour machine with duplexing and speeds of up to 23ppm, and Uninet stated that the OEM’s machines are “best known for their low cost of ownership and ecological advantages”.

These include a long life drum that “will probably never need replacing”, with the cost per page low “because of the long-life photoconductor unit”, rated at 200,000 pages. The three types of toner cartridges are rated at 3,500 pages in black and 2,800 pages in colour, with toner and smartchips “the only supplies that users need to replace”. This means the cartridge is “potentially very profitable” because it is considered “easy to remanufacture”, and Uninet offers a “complete remanufacturing solution”.

Finally, the third launch is Absolute Black toner and components for use in Epson’s AcuLaser WorkForce AL-M300 monochrome machine. The machine is a “small, compact” device aimed at small workgroups, and features print speeds of 35ppm and a low cost per page “because of the long life photoconductor unit”, which is rated at 100,000 pages.

Uninet added that the cartridge is “potentially very profitable” as it is “considered easy to remanufacture”, with only the toner and smartchips needing to be replaced. The OEM cartridges are available in standard and high yield versions with yields of 2,7000 and 10,000 pages respectively, and Uninet offers a “complete remanufacturing solution”.
