The company has added to its Absolute Black and X Generation lines.

Samsung's ProXpress M4075

The first release from Uninet is Absolute Black toner and components for use in a range of Samsung monochrome machines, including the ProXpress SL-M4075, 4025, 3875, 3825, 3375 and 3325 MFPs. The machines are the “latest” released by the OEM, based on the same printer engine but “rated at slightly different speeds” from 33 to 40ppm, and featuring differences in the toners used.

Uninet notes that Samsung offers “four different yielding [all-in-one] cartridges” for the printers, ranging from 3,000 pages to 15,000 pages, with the cartridges said to be “similar to previous types and pose no real issues for rechargers”; the company offers a “complete remanufacturing solution” for the cartridges as well.

The second Absolute Black release is toner and components for Kyocera’s FS 1060, 1125 and 1025 monochrome MFPs, which use the TK-1120 1122 and 1124 toner cartridges. The “recently-released FS 1060 is “targeted [at] small workgroups and single use”, with a print speed of 25ppm, and works with the 1120 cartridge, featuring a yield of 3,000 pages.

Uninet states “this is a potentially very profitable cartridge because it is considered easy to remanufacture; you’ll only need to replace the toner and smartchips”, adding that it also offers a “complete remanufacturing solution” for the cartridges.

Finally, the X Generation launch is colour toner and components for use with Samsung’s CLP-415 and CLX-4195 colour MFPs, which feature speeds of 19ppm and which use the same toner cartridges, the CLT-504S, which are rated at 2,500 pages in black and 1,800 pages in colour. Uninet comments that “this is an unusual cartridge for Samsung, since its design is very similar to HP/Canon’s all-in-one cartridge”.

The company went on to add that “remanufacturers will find this an easy cartridge to [remanufacture] based on their experience with HP cartridges”, and also offers its “complete remanufacturing solution”.
