The company’s first Absolute Black launch was toner and components for use in the Samsung Xpress SL-M3015 and M3065 MFP monochrome printers, which are “based on the same engine, and use all the same supplies”, with the former a single-function, and both featuring a print speed of 31ppm plus a resolution of 600 x 600dpi. Both devices feature wireless connectivity and use standard and high-yield toner cartridges with respective yields of 1,200 pages and 4,000 pages.

Uninet added that the toner cartridge and drum unit “come separate”, and that it “offers a complete product solution to serve the needs of remanufacturers of these cartridges”. The second Absolute Black launch meanwhile was toner and components for use in Panasonic’s UF 9000, 8000, 7000 and UG 5530 monochrome MFPs, rated at 19ppm and featuring duplexing, 600 x 600dpi resolution and a 50-page automatic document feeder.

The devices use standard and high-yield toner cartridges respectively rated at 5,000 pages and 10,000 pages, and Uninet again noted that it “offers a complete product solution to serve the needs of remanufacturers of these cartridges”. Finally, the company has launched new chips under its ASic Smartchips brand for use in Samsung’s Xpress, ProXpress and MultiXpress monochrome printers and MFPs.

Uninet pointed out that the “award-winning” products serve “the needs for both the laser and copier markets featuring zero-defect rate, true OEM cutting-edge technology, RoHS compliance and stealthware protection” among other features. Compatible machines include the MultiXpress M4370 MFP, SCX 8230 and 8030 MFPs, and the K 7600 MFP, with respective print speeds of 45ppm, 30ppm and 60ppm, with the first and last machines “suitable for high-speed volume office environments.

In terms of cartridges, the M4370 MFP’s toner cartridge is rated at 30,000 pages at five percent coverage; the SCX 8230 and 8030 MFPs’ standard yield rated at 20,000 pages and the high-yield at 35,000 pages; and the K 7600 MFP at 45,000 pages with five percent coverage.
