The company has produced a mixture of black and colour toners and components for a range of Kyocera cartridges.

The first launch is Absolute Black toner and components for remanufacturing toner cartridges used in Kyocera’s monochrome ECOSYS P2035, which features a print speed of 37ppm. The Absolute Black toner formula is AMES certified, and Uninet adds that the device uses the “same basic design” as all Kyocera monochrome machines, with long-life drums and developer units lasting over 100,000 pages.

The user replaces the toner cartridge and nothing else, with the TK-160 and 162 series cartridge rated at 2,500 pages and compatible with the FS-1120 printer. Uninet notes that the cartridges “provide a simple solution to remanufacturers who offer refills” as they are “considered easy to remanufacture”, with only the toner and chip needing replacing, while a “readily available replacement cartridge” can also be used. Uninet offers a “complete remanufacturing solution” for the cartridge as well.

The second launch is multipurpose Absolute Colour toner formula for use in the FS C5400 series, which includes: the FSC-5350; 5300; 5250; 5150; 5200; and 5100; as well as the MFP 2626, 2526, 2126 and 2026, alongside the ECOSYS M6526 and P6026. The toner is “new general purpose produced” by Uninet for “outstanding print quality, high yield, and very low cost per page”, and is qualified for use “with all OEM and Uninet components”.

The toner is available in an “easy to handle” one kilogramme bottle, which Uninet says “offers remanufacturers flexibility in carrying less inventory and a fewer number of SKUs”, with “comparable print quality to the OEM products at a substantially lower cost”. The printer itself is rated at a speed of 28ppm, while the TK-592 toner cartridges are rated at 7,000 pages in black and 5,000 pages in colour, with the cartridges able to be refilled using the Uninet toner “to lower the cost per page even further”.

Finally, the third launch is X Generation black toner and components for the OEM’s ECOSYS M3040 and 3540 MFP monochrome printers. Uninet comments that the two devices are MFP versions “of the highly popular” monochrome FS-2100 device, with print speeds of 40ppm and a toner cartridge – the TK-3102 – that has a yield of 12,500 pages.

The cartridges, Uninet adds, “provide a simple solution to remanufacturers who offer refills […] because they are considered easy to remanufacture”, with only the toner and chip needing to be replaced, while a “readily available replacement cartridge” can also be used. Uninet also stated that it offers a “complete remanufacturing solution” for the cartridges.
