Toshiba has released two new monochrome laser A4 MFPs, the e-STUDIO332S and e-STUDIO403S. The two devices have been “specifically designed for the small and medium office sector” as they offer “feature-rich professional document handling”, according to the OEM.
The devices have print speeds of 40ppm and a maximum paper capacity of 880 sheets, with a colour scanning function and a Local Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), which allows users to send documents by email on their local network. The machines also feature automatic duplexing, ENERGY STAR accreditiation, and a Print on Demand application called e-BRIDGE PODApl.
The Print on Demand application is stated by Toshiba as its “MFP application platform”, and features “value-added MFP solutions to further improve the workflow efficiency” of a business, with the OEM adding it is a “perfect fit” for information distribution in businesses such as airports, retailers and hospitality. The “flexible, open” software is embedded within the device and accessible through its LCD screen.
Chris Mills, Product Manager at Toshiba TEC, stated: “We believe that every office has individual needs and requires different products. Therefore, Toshiba has extended its product portfolio yet again, offering customers an even larger choice of compact systems. The e-STUDIO332S and 403S are ideal for offices that require fast and efficient multifunctionality.”
