Toshiba America Business Solutions is simplifying the printing process for organisations of all shapes, sizes and sectors.
Toshiba’s new cloud-based Encompass Managed Print as a Service (MPaaS) subscription programme is accomplishing this objective while enabling today’s distributed workforces to print more securely, sustainably, efficiently and affordably.
Whether working from a corporate office or home office, as well as any remote location, subscribers receive the necessary hardware, supplies and solutions to successfully manage their document workflow. Toshiba also presents flexible pricing options coinciding with businesses’ current print needs.
Encompass’ cloud component enables real-time order tracking, service requests, usage reports and an analytics dashboard. Such functionality ensures optimum user performance and productivity with proactive and automated supply replenishments – sent next business day if need be.
Encompass also serves to right size subscribers’ hardware fleet. Toshiba’s patented fleet assessment tool ensures organisations deploy the most cost-efficient, secure and productive devices possible whether Toshiba or third-party systems.
“As one of the pioneers in Managed Print Services, Toshiba continues to innovate with new technologies and tools that deliver advanced, secure MPS programs to direct clients and channel partners alike,” said Randy Dazo, Keypoint Intelligence’s Chief Strategy & Product Officer. “This is demonstrated by Toshiba’s new version of Encompass Cloud that enables real-time order tracking, service requests, usage reports and an analytics dashboard in a secure cloud environment.”
Toshiba’s MPaaS programme further includes comprehensive break/fix services including phone, remote and onsite assistance. Toshiba’s professional services team offers onsite help in any instance.
“IT staffs are facing more complexity now than ever before by tackling the needs of distributed workforces,” said Toshiba America Business Solutions Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Business Development, Bill Melo. “Toshiba now simplifies and manages an organisation’s entire document management process while allowing IT personnel to help areas of their business.”
