Static Control recently honoured Makkon, its official distributor in Ukraine, with an award for target achievement in 2018.
Makkon has been the official distributor in Ukraine for more than 20 years. Sophie Lillie, Business Development Manager for Static Control, has worked with the Makkon team and is joyful for the mutual benefits the partnership has brought about through the years.
“We are proud to be partnered with Makkon, who has supported remanufacturers for many years in the Ukraine,” said Lillie. “In particular, I think our annual joint seminars where we discuss the latest trends in the aftermarket in both the region and around the world make a big impact on remanufacturers. It gives us all an opportunity to meet, discuss and plan for the coming years on what new opportunities will arise.”
Makkon provides the full Static Control product line for cartridge remanufacturers, including toners, OPC drums, PCRs, mag roller sleeves, chips and other secondary items such as lubricants, foams and felts. The company is constantly updating its selection to best serve Ukrainian customers.
General Director of Makkon Vadim Sergienko said that teaming up with Static Control made perfect business sense. “Our annual audit of quality management systems that comply with ISO 9001 showed that Static Control was the highest quality manufacturer and supplier of imaging products,” he said. “Product complaints were less than 0.1 percent, which also includes shipment and sales errors, transportation damages and other issues not directly connected to the actual quality of the product. We are grateful to work with Static Control; their high quality helps us continue to build a strong foundation for business growth.”
