The two companies have formed a partnership.
In a press release Print Tracker announced the news and said that the customers of both businesses can now receive “device information” collected by Print Tracker and have that information forwarded directly to Royal for toner and parts orders. Print Tracker software features remote collection of information from copiers, MFPs and printers as well as metering toner so that when an alert is triggered the server, Print Tracker, will notify the dealer in this case Royal Imaging International.
