Ricoh announces Director changes

The company has published a notice regarding personnel change of representative director.

Ricoh Company, Ltd. (Ricoh) announced a personnel change of Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer, as approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, January 30, 2023.

The company said that this change aims to further increase Ricoh’s corporate value and achieve sustainable growth by strengthening and improving the Ricoh Group’s management structure.

Yoshinori Yamashita, currently holding the position of Representative Director and President and Chief Executive Officer, has been named as the new Representative Director and Chairperson.

Akira Oyama, currently the Director, Executive Corporate Officer and President of RICOH Digital Services Business Unit, has been announced as Representative Director and President and Chief Executive Officer.
