The company is working with Avenir to add MPS to its remanufactured supplies.
Sri Lankan remanufacturer R&G International P Ltd has partnered with Avenir Peripheral Solutions to launch its own managed print services (MPS) solution.
The company says that its R&G MPS solution is to be the first total MPS solution in the country. Based in Wattala, R&G has been in operation since 1988 and claims to be the first company to introduce locally remanufactured laser cartridges in Sri Lanka.
R&G will use Bangalore-based Avenir’s Printabz solution to power its new managed print service. Among other services, the company plans to support its clients by offering monitoring for print, scan and copy counts as well as error reporting. R&G will also provide automated supplies replenishment, print audit and technical support.
The STMC-certified remanufacturer launched the new service at the Intercontinental Hotel Colombo, with the R&G’s important clients in attendance for a talk on how it streamlines the process. The company reports that guests particularly liked the inbuilt Print Audit feature, which presents print job statistics on a daily or monthly basis.
R&G CEO S.M Godwin and Avenir CEO Ashwin Raj jointly stated: “We are excited to launch R&G MPS program. Our MPS solution, infrastructure, and execution capabilities and support provide one of the most compelling and competitive MPS program in the market.”
