Rapid Refill launches new e-commerce website

January 14, 2013

Refill franchise announces new website and online store to ease customers’ purchasing experience.

Rapid Refill, a refill franchise based in Colorado Springs, has launched a new e-commerce website, with the company aiming to provide an interactive and convenient purchasing experience, as well as a continued promise of high quality remanufactured products.

The website features a printer and cartridge search tool, enabling customers to determine cartridge and printer compatibility, with online shoppers also being able to create a profile and save their purchase history to make it easier to use the website multiple times.

All products on the website are also priced locally, ensuring that customers will still pay Colorado Springs prices; with free same-day business delivery on orders placed by local businesses before 1pm on a weekday also being available, along with free shipping for every online purchase of at least $50. Customers may also opt to order their product online and pick it up from the Colorado Springs Rapid Refill store.

Mike Warner, Rapid Refill franchisee, commented: “My customers prefer to support local businesses and appreciate the ability to purchase a product when and where they need to”, with Warner and his staff being able to process the online orders and answer any questions raised by online customers.

Sharing Warner’s enthusiasm, Rusty Hurley, CEO of Rapid Refill, said: “Most people do not shop for ink and toner in advance and only realise they need it once they’ve ran out. We’re excited to see Mike offering this easy and rapid delivery service for the Colorado Springs community.”

The website can be visited at www.rapidinkandtoner.com/colorado_springs_co
