ProcessFlows wins at Document Manager Awards

December 14, 2017

The Konica Minolta-owned company won the magazine’s overall award for Company of the Year.

ProcessFlows, a group company of Konica Minolta’s UK division, has won Company of the Year in the Document Manager Awards. The company delivers both business analyst and consultancy services, and technology for document capture, processing, management, and delivery.

The award, bestowed by Document Manager Magazine, was based upon ProcessFlows’ “market-leading expertise” in both Information Management and Enterprise Content Management, and upon the scope and delivery of its ECM solution, which encompasses people, processes, and technology across various departments.

Cameron Smith, ProcessFlows’ Director of ECM Solutions, said the honour was recognition of the whole team: “Winning Company of the Year award is further recognition of our market-leading reputation and consultative expertise within the ECM/Information Solutions sector. We are extremely proud to be recognised by our peers in the industry for providing best-in-class solutions and services to our customers. This is a fantastic team effort.”

ProcessFlows was first founded 30 years ago; Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) acquired the company 18 months ago, with the aim of further developing and delivering complete and sophisticated process-based IT and consultancy services, and today they have more than 2,500 customers and 200 channel partners.

“As a premium provider of wide-ranging technology and managed IT services to a cross-section of industries, we are innovative, driven, collaborative and genuine,” said Martin Tierney, Director of Konica Minolta’s ITS Business Unit in the UK. “We always go the extra mile to provide solutions that are adaptable across private and public sectors. This award also demonstrates how we have helped businesses build synergies within managed print and managed content services, as well as in workflow and storage areas.”

ProcessFlows also finished as runner-up in the Accounts Payable/Invoicing Product of the Year category at the awards ceremony. Document Manager Magazine’s awards encompass document management, content management, capture, imaging, and retrieval technologies.
