During 2012, PrintFleet launched a series of significant software enhancements, as well as adding new distribution partners and OEM programmes to strengthen its market position, with the company aiming to become increasingly global.
Demonstrating its expansion from its base in Ontario, Canada, PrintFleet states that approximately 40 percent of its revenues now originate outside North America, which it claims is an indication of the ease of deployment and use of its multi-language solutions as well as its pre- and post-sale support.
In addition, the company has also seen significant growth in the utilisation of its solutions with direct dealer customers, with monitored device counts for these dealers at levels averaging in excess of 30 times that experienced in PrintFleet-powered third-party programmes. PrintFleet notes that this is further testimony to the effectiveness of its account management, advisory and technical support.
Recent innovations that have enhanced PrintFleet’s service include two-way communication and remote device configuration, full integration with Canon’s embedded Remote Diagnostic System (eRDS) and Remote Maintenance System (imageWARE Remote), and the addition of a common installer with Konica’s CS Remote Care (CSRC) solution.
