The MPS provider says the deal will intended to help “create a fully integrated end-to-end remote monitoring and ERP (enterprise resource planning) experience for the imaging channel”. It says that both companies work to provide dealers with “the tools and support necessary to better provide exceptional service”.
PrintFleet said the integration will allow a more user-friendly device management experience for its dealers, as “accurate and reliable” PrintFleet device data integrates with MWAi’s FORZA system with SAP Business One, a comprehensive business management package, providing a complete solution for streamlining “management, billing, supplies fulfilment and many other essential aspects”.

This is the next level of business process optimisation.”
Micheal T. Stramaglio, President and CEO of MWA Intelligence, added: “MWAi and PrintFleet are dedicated to delivering the next generation of Business Intelligence to the imaging channel as a major asset created by the ever important and growing Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. It is exciting to have PrintFleet join the growing number of FORZA and SAP open platform partners and clients!”
