The MPS software provider reported that the addition of Supplies Network as a LINK partner provides the company with a “simple and elegant solution for automatic transmission of device and fleet data to distributors, service and solutions providers”, and “reduces the technical and contractual complexity of supply chain integrations, allowing resellers to ‘get connected’ and improve their competitiveness in the marketplace”.
The partnership sees Supplies Network, a wholesaler of IT consumables in the US market, gain the opportunity to benefit from PrintFleet’s “family of print management solutions”, which range from “rapid” assessment up to “advanced, managed services” including “agnostic data collection, data integrity and back-end support” in MPS.
Barney Kister, Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships for Supplies Network, stated: “This new capability greatly simplifies the exchange of data from resellers enabling the delivery of services and products for their MPS customers.
“The LINK service allows PrintFleet resellers utilising PrintFleet Vision, or their own server, to pass data to Supplies Network for processing, utilising our unique algorithms. The result is finely filtered actionable intelligence for services and true just in time supplies management.”
David Morrow, Chief Commercial Officer at PrintFleet, added: “We are delighted to expand our long-term business relationship with Supplies Network through the LINK programme. Supplies Network is well established as a leader in the MPS marketplace, and has been exemplary in helping their customers drive efficiency and effectiveness through MPS.
“We are excited to offer our Vision and Enterprise customers access to their innovative programs and services through LINK.”
