Printer Pro Solutions acquires Encore Images

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Encore Images, Inc. and its owners Laurel and Paul Mervis on the sale of assets to Printer Pro Solutions, Inc. 

Encore Images, Inc., founded in 1989 and located in Marblehead Massachusetts (a suburb of Boston), was owned and operated by Laurel and Paul Mervis. Encore Images specialised in Managed Print Services (MPS) and remanufacturing printer cartridges. Encore Images was an authorised reseller of Xerox, HP and Brother copiers, MFP’s and printers. 

Printer Pro Solutions, Inc., located in Douglas Massachusetts, is owned and operated by Chris Gardella and Cheryl Gardella. Printer Pro Solutions is a Managed Print Services (MPS) provider and has been providing printer services, supplies and solutions to customers throughout New England for 20 plus years.
