Mayhew, who is also chairing the conference, will discuss understanding print and printing attitudes.
The REMCON conference programme will be chaired again by Mayhew, Managing Director of Lightwords, and is now live on our events website here . Each day will begin with a morning briefing where visitors can “take a few minutes to network and find out” what’s going on and what’s happened at the show, followed by a short introductory discussion by Mayhew before the programme begins. The programme is subject to change, so keep checking back on our events website for the latest.
Mayhew’s talk – From millennials to baby boomers: understanding attitudes to print and printing – will take place at 1pm on Saturday 28 January, and will aim to explore the “diverse mix” of requirements for printing in the modern day, with customers from various backgrounds meaning companies in the industry will need to change the way to communicate in future.
Mayhew stated: “Printed documents are no longer a requirements of our everyday business and personal lives. Driving the demand from a wide cross-section of new users is critical but, how do we get our message across, especially as our customer may be from a very different background, culture and demographic group to ourselves?
“In my presentation, I will explore the wide range of personalities and profiles we need to address and discuss what motivates their interest in print and printing.”
A wide range of industry companies are already confirmed for the event – taking place from 28 to 31 January 2017 in Frankfurt, Germany – as exhibitors, with strong interest shown in the event. Previous exhibitors have already received an email containing a personal link to registration as well, and you can register for the event here. Nominations for The Recycler Awards are also now open, and you can learn more here.
In May, The Recycler reported the entire Paperworld event has seen a record number of exhibitor registrations, and The Recycler reported that over 100 exhibitors have been confirmed for the Remanexpo product group. This year’s event saw over 1,608 exhibitors and 36,773 visitors from over 139 countries. Visitors can now apply for vouchers to get their free visitor tickets, and you can do this by clicking here. Business matchmaking was confirmed for the whole Paperworld event, and is now live – you can find out more about it here.
