The Recycler is delighted to announce that Peter Mayhew, Director of Lightwords Imaging, is to return as host of the seminar programme at Paperworld 2017.
Mayhew also hosted the 2015 and 2016 events, which he said “created a real buzz at the centre of the show floor”, and have “become the event around which to plan a visit to the show”. He also chaired this year’s Focus on Europe event in Lisbon, Portugal.
Mayhew commented: “Change is the theme for this year’s REMCON seminars because, in many parts of the document printing market, there are new groups of users with new ways of working. I am personally delighted to be asked back to chair REMCON 2017 at this exciting time of change for the remanufacturing industry.”
“There are new players, re-focused OEMs and new leaders, all with exciting new strategies which will affect how, when, where and why pages are printed. How the remanufacturing industry proactively prepares and adapts to these changes will be critical to your success, and the REMCON 2017 seminars will help you to spot the trends you need to develop, now.”
“The REMCON 2017 seminars have become the central forum of Remanexpo at Paperworld. They are the place to meet, discuss, share, question, learn and even relax a little while working your way around the show floor.”
The show next year will take place from 28 to 31 January in Frankfurt, Germany, and a wide range of industry companies are already confirmed for the event as exhibitors, with strong interest shown in the event. Previous exhibitors have already received an email containing a personal link to registration as well, and you can register for the event here. Business matchmaking has now been extended to the whole show after succeeding in the Remanexpo product group this year.
In May, The Recycler reported that the entire Paperworld event has seen a record number of exhibitor registrations, and The Recycler reported that over 100 exhibitors have been confirmed for the Remanexpo product group at the event. This year’s event saw over 1,608 exhibitors and 36,773 visitors from over 139 countries. A call for papers has also been launched for the REMCON conference.
The Recycler reported on the event in Frankfurt here, here, here and here; and a full report from this year’s Remanexpo can be found in issue 280 of The Recycler.
