South Africa’s fastest-growing IT outsource warranty management company has become the country’s authorised distributor of Samsung’s printer parts.
IT-Online reported on the new appointment, which sees PartServe becoming “the authorised spare parts distributor for Samsung printers in South Africa” as “the extension” of a deal that had already existed with Hewlett Packard before its recent acquisition of Samsung.
Repair agents will now have access to Samsung printer parts through PartServe’s network of carry-in centres, dotted throughout the country.
PartServe, which “offers spare part distribution, centralised warranty services, remanufacturing services and outsourced repair capabilities” for many “recognised global vendors” has carry-in centres in all South Africa’s major cities, including Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg and Bloemfontein. As well as Samsung, it is also an authorised spare parts distributor for other OEMs such as Canon, Epson, Kyocera and HP.
“We are pleased to add another globally recognised brand to our portfolio. PartServe is the IT parts distributor with the greatest number of official vendor accreditations for IT spare parts in South Africa and we are now truly a one stop IT parts shop,” says PartServe director Lee Bowes.
He explained that PartServe “offers professional helpdesks for most vendors” in order to “help with technical queries” and added that “all parts are easily accessible through our carry-in centres or by calling one of our friendly, knowledgeable and up-to-date sales consultants.”
“We strive to meet our vendor’s high expectations with regards to service level agreements. We also realise that an excellent after sales support is fundamental to any business’s growth and even more so, with IT products and parts,” he concluded.
