Paperworld arrivals and accommodation

November 21, 2018

Messe Frankfurt, organiser of Paperworld 2019, has been offering advice regarding arrival and accommodation for the upcoming show which will be held from 26-29 January.

Messe Frankfurt offers guidelines for arrivals by train and public transport, by plane and by car, explaining that there are “excellent transport connections” so that Messe Frankfurt can be reached “quickly and easily” however you arrive.

The organisation also goes on to offer important visa information, and provides plenty of advice on accommodation, revealing that there are “a total of 5,000 beds within a 15-minute walking distance” of Messe Frankfurt. You can book your accommodation using the organisation’s Hotel Guide, or via the city’s Tourism Office.

Alternatively, you can opt to bring your caravan instead, with caravan parking spaces available for rent next to the Rebstock multi-storey carpark. 52 spots are up for grabs. This Park & Sleep facility is open 2 days before the start of the show and closes one day after it has concluded.

On the exhibition grounds, wheelchair-accessible washing and toileting facilities are provided, with wastewater disposal and central fresh water, and the organisation notes that it has an information hotline for attendees with disabilities.

Messe Frankfurt also offers attendees information on local dining options to visit during the show, such as the Maintower Restaurant and Lounge.
