4-traders reports that OKI Data Corporation has chosen to donate printers to Seoul-based Beautiful Foundation, a non-profit human service agency, with the printers being used by the charity to provide study support centres for children in the city.
Established in 2000 by the current mayor of Seoul, the Beautiful Foundation runs various programmes to support disadvantaged families in the country. The OKI B411dn printers have been donated to the agency’s Beautiful Store programme, which aims to provide financial aid and support to underprivileged children.
Dongjun Yoo, Managing Director of OKI Systems Korea (OSKR) commented: “OKI Data established OKI Systems Korea […] in 2005. With the purpose of developing corporate activities further rooted in the local market, the company decided to co-operate with the ‘Beautiful Foundation’ which is one of the most well-known non-profit agencies deploying various social contribution activities mainly in Seoul.
“Going forward, we will further strengthen our relationship with the ‘Beautiful Foundation’ and take part in various programs to provide positive experience for children and prepare them for success.”
