The updated app now has a new direct access feature, enabling customers to enter the distributor’s ticketing system to report a technical issue with just a click.
This new functionality enables a direct connection from the app to the customer’s shopping portal allowing the distributor to communicate directly with the customers mobile phone or start a WhatsApp chat.
The Nubeprint App can be installed in all Android and iOS devices and works in combination with Nubeprint’s other monitoring technologies. The app enables distributors to provide MPS, cost per copy, automatic replenishment and any other services based on the monitoring information of printers, copiers, large format printers, labels.
The technical ticket option is now available for all Android devices, including smartphones, smart TV and Chromebooks and will soon be available for Apple’s iPhone as well.
